Dear Colleagues

It is with great honour and pleasure that I am once again President of NWEBA. I am the first from Bocking Alliance Bowls Club and hopefully not the last.

I will be carrying on the tradition of previous Presidents of a charity.

My charity will be Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. They are our future and to help them is a desire of mine. Please give generously and make it a great year

I need to thank all the Officials of NWEBA for their dedication in keeping the Association going. Sometimes it is not easy, but if you bowlers still want to play on Wednesday evenings, and in Competitions, give some support.

If you would like to serve on the Committee don’t be afraid to put yourself forward. Maybe someone out there has got new ideas, let’s hear them.

Being president is the icing on the cake, so if you would like to do it, do so.

And finally, a very happy year bowling. I look forward to seeing a great number of you on the green.
